So the school break is over here in Scotland, ensuring that my son would return to school with out too much of a show; asked him to behave prior to my returning to work.
At 6 I wonder whether is Sponge Bob or Bart who influences him the most?
His reply is, "Wasted that is what my life is, wasted with school there is so much more too life".
Oh well he may not be an academic but it appears he is a quick learner.

Sitting in the garden last night, the Foxy Chick and me after a few glasses of falling down water decided that people shouldn't go to school until they were adults, children should be allowed to play and explore thus learning far more than they would at school, then when they become adults they would be far better suited to learning other more mundane stuff like Maths and English or in your case Scttish, ah! the meanderings of the drink sodden brain.

Um you may be more accurate in that freudian spelling typo than you think - Imagine if one speaks Scottish but also speaks lots of shite -does that mean that Gordon Brown speaks - Scittish?

School these days is a waste of time, some of the teachers nowadays are just B.eD standard and that's not good enough, I once knew a teacher that didn't know the difference between erratic and erotic and she was teaching 9 to 11 year olds.
