So the Burmese Generals are now willing to accept foreign aid!
They are requesting millions of pounds in assistance!
Is it too late?
I agree that we should help where we can however; I feel that these despots will use the aid money to continue to repress their people and fulfill their own desires.
So lets say to Burma thrown down your evil leaders and receive our assistance.

You are right to a degree charity does begin at home. Still our governent fannys about with niceties and meaningless dialog..
